age restrictions

In order to rent a vehicle from Budget of West Yellowstone you must be at least 21 years of age. If the driver is between the ages of 21 to 25 an underage driver fee of $15 per day will apply.

cancellation / no show policy

All reservations must be canceled with 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time in order to avoid a charge equal to one days rental fee. A no show fee ( not showing up ) will be charged equal to one days rental fee.

geography

All vehicles rented from Budget of West Yellowstone may not leave the tri-state area of Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.

insurance

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is available for purchase. The rate is $18.95 per day for compacts, mid size and full-size vehicles. The rate is $21.95 per day for sport utility vehicles, Suburbans and mini-vans. Renter is responsible for all tire and glass damage regardless of acceptance of LDW.

If LDW is declined renter is responsible for all damages incurred to the vehicle as well as other applicable fees. This may include loss of use charges.

one way cars

Vehicles may be dropped off in Idaho Falls, Idaho or Bozeman, Montana, for a fee of $125.00. Vehicles may also be dropped off in Jackson Hole, WY, for a fee of $175.00.

All rates are subject to change. Your reservation will guarantee the rate at the time of reservation. All rates are subject to tax, fuel charges and applicable airport surcharges. Insurance if selected is an additional charge.
